Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your StackDays account and all associated data.

Option 1: Delete it yourself, in the app

This is instant and doesn't require waiting on us.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have StackDays installed, or can't sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (display name, avatar, join code)
• Every habit you've created and its full entry history
• Your friend connections
• Your membership and progress in any challenges

This can't be undone. If you're in a challenge someone else owns, your progress in that challenge is removed; the challenge itself and other members' data are unaffected.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days, and we'll confirm by email once it's done.
